What you are buying

Each pre-owned listing represents the exact item photographed unless the listing explicitly states otherwise. Pre-owned pieces are usually single-quantity, so once a listing sells it is closed.

Condition

• Pre-owned merchandise may show age, patina, scratches, wear, previous repairs or other characteristics, disclosed through photographs and condition notes.
• Please review all photographs, measurements, descriptions and condition disclosures before purchasing.
• Color and scale may appear different in photographs because of lighting, monitor settings and photography.
• DuJool does not represent a pre-owned item as new.

Descriptions and authenticity

Any representation about authenticity, metal, stone, brand or condition is based on the information reasonably available to DuJool at the time of listing. We do not claim independent certification, laboratory testing or professional appraisal unless documentation actually exists and is described on the listing.

Returns for pre-owned items

Return eligibility or final-sale status for each pre-owned item is clearly shown on its product page before purchase. Pre-owned pieces are not automatically returnable.

If something is wrong

If you receive an item with undisclosed material damage, the wrong item, or an item that is materially different from its listing, contact us promptly through Contact Us with photographs so we can review it. Normal wear that was disclosed on the listing is not considered a defect.

After delivery

Cleaning, polishing, resizing or otherwise altering a pre-owned item after delivery may affect its return eligibility.
