Acceptance of terms

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you are a minor, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Products, photographs and natural variation

We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Natural stones vary in color, pattern, banding and inclusion, and screens display color differently, so the piece you receive may differ slightly in appearance from an image. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Prices, availability and errors

Prices and availability may change without notice. Despite our efforts, a product may be listed with an incorrect price, description or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed on incorrect information, including after an order confirmation is sent. Where an affected order has been charged, we will cancel and refund it.

Order acceptance, cancellation and limits

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not acceptance. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, and may decline orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill.

Payment authorization

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable.

Personalized orders

Personalized items are produced from the details you submit. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, initials, symbols and sizes before ordering. See our Personalized Order Policy.

Pre-owned items

Pre-owned merchandise is sold in its disclosed condition. Photographs, measurements and condition notes on the listing form part of the description. See our Pre-Owned Item Policy.

Intellectual property

The DuJool name, logo, site design, text, photographs and other content are owned by DuJool or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

User conduct

• Do not use the site unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent order or account information

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is your own and that you have the rights to share it, and you grant DuJool a non-exclusive license to display and use it in connection with the business. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or unrelated.

This site relies on third-party services such as payment, hosting and shipping providers, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Symbolic, cultural and traditional descriptions of stones or symbols are provided for educational purposes and are not claims about outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DuJool will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification
